A Brief Introduction to Apostile Service
The main function of the Apostile is to certify the authenticity of
the signature on the document (i.e. State Registrar, County Clerk,
Judge, Vital Records Officer or Notary Public). Apostile service
enhances the global acceptance of credentials. It is a one page document
embossed with the Great Seal of a State and includes the facsimile
signature of the individual issuing the certificate.
A Brief Introduction about Embassy Legalization
If the country where you intend to use your legal documents is not a
member of the Hague Convention, you will need embassy legalization
service to prove their authenticity.
